After eating at Mexican restaurants across Honolulu, we’re sure: The best tacos in town are at Mi Casa. Owners Ken and Angelica Selvidge start with soft, handmade corn tortillas and pile them with a mix and match selection of fresh, colorful fillings, including a just-about-perfect carne asada, an amazing chile verde pork, and grilled catch-of-the-day fish. The chunky guacamole that comes on the side puts the whole thing over the top.
