Hot Salt Lake condo unit

One of the busier open houses yesterday already has a cash offer on the table, but I’m going to write about it anyway so you can see what kinds of properties people are flocking to see.

Lakeshore Tower in Salt Lake is 40 years old, but this fairly spacious two bedroom, two bath condo was upgraded to look like new—its lanai was enclosed in 1998 and the unit was fully renovated in 2006.

The 954-square-foot corner unit has travertine and hardwood flooring, new appliances, new cabinets, and modern fixtures that make it look bright and light. (Click here for details.)

No matter where you live, condo parking is always a premium, so I think people were also attracted to this listing’s tandem parking that’s big enough for two full-sized trucks.

The building’s common areas are also well-kept and attractive, with a heated saltwater swimming pool and a large barbecue area.

Keep an eye on this one, just in case.

Money talk: $372,000 fee simple
