Luxurious Tuscan home on Lanikai Beach

It’s not easy to find beachfront property in Lanikai for under $10 million.

That’s why Trinity Properties points out that, at $6.9 million, realtor Annie Kwok’s new listing is the lowest priced home on that particular stretch of Kailua shoreline.

Not that anything about it is cheap. The two-story Tuscan home is 6,337 square feet, with 85 feet of lawn extending to the beach, which faces the Mokulua islands. It also has a covered, heated pool and a hot tub.

Like its exterior, the home’s interior is brilliantly white, with travertine floors and columns and arches throughout, beginning with the double-door entry.

The kitchen is spacious, with appliances by Bosch, Sub Zero and Monogram, along with Jado fixtures.

Three of the home’s six bedrooms open up to beach-facing balconies, while many of the living areas offer floor-to-ceiling views.

The home was built in 1991 and remodeled in 2005.

The property is located at 896 Mokulua Drive. Call for a showing.

Money talk: $6.9 million
