Since Mililani is a master-planned community, most of the lots in each category are much the same size. Every so often, you might find a home with an oversize yard, but this one is over and beyond large, even for homes in other parts of the island.
At 11,462 square feet, this is one of the largest lots in Mililani Mauka. I have no idea how many others are this big, but it’s rare to find one like this.
