Stunning Ewa property steps from the beach

Photo: Courtesy Isabella Forster

It’s time to take another look at Ewa Beach.

Well, at least take a look at this gorgeous beachfront compound that has not one, but two legal homes on a double-lot.

Surrounded by a solid rock wall, the secluded property has a private entry gate. Inside, you’ll two homes, an ocean front house built in 2009 and another “cottage” completely renovated in 2010.

In all, you’ll find seven bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The cottage has three of the bedrooms, as well as two baths.

The four-bedroom main house is two stories and custom-built, with an attached three car garage. Inside the island-style home, you’ll find luxurious touches like Italian marble, German double-pane windows and custom plantation shutters. The gourmet kitchen has Subzero, Wolf and Miele appliances, and a breakfast nook with lovely ocean views. There’s even a sound system in every room, including in the spacious covered lanai. If the ceiling fans aren’t enough to cool the air, the house also has two-zone central air.

Outside, the views are stunning: city, coastline and ocean, with Diamond Head in the distance. If that’s not enough, realtor Isabella Forster says you can sometimes see Hawaiian monk seals right from your backyard.

Money talk: $1,698,000
