Open House Pick of the Week: Salt Lake
As mentioned in previous blogs, many of my friends who are home shopping have been hoping to stay in town but can’t find anything in their budget (or get beat out by cash buyers). I haven’t seen a value like this week’s open house pick in a while, so, I expect it to go fast.
This 594-sq. ft. one-bedroom unit in Salt Lake’s Harbour Ridge is on a high floor and has been updated in the last few years. So, although the building was built in 1974, the interior is modern (I especially like the custom kitchen cabinets). And bonus, it comes with a washer/dryer in the unit and central air conditioning, a necessity on these hot summer days.
The building has more than a dozen guest parking stalls, which is very rare for Salt Lake condos—or many Honolulu condos in general—and the unit comes with one covered parking stall.
The building has a resident manager and on weekends, there's also a security guard on site.
This unit will be open this Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. Click here for more details.
Money talk: $260,000 fee simple
