ERA Homes Weekly Waikiki Property Tours

Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties hosts Waikiki is Open events, Century 21 All Islands holds weekly Waikiki walking tours, and ERA Homes Oahu recently joined the club with its own weekly Waikiki real estate tours. Every Wednesday, house hunters gather in front of the ERA Homes office on Kuhio Ave. at 9:30 a.m. The tour makes its way to four to five different properties throughout Waikiki, depending on the size of the group and time available. I bumped into this tour a few weeks ago, and the rather sizeable group of mostly out-of-state visitors looked to be having a good time. For additional information, call 791-3500.
