The two-story residence, built in 1983, was designed by architect Ed Sullam—a protege of Vladimir Ossipoff—with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The second-floor bedroom is one of the spots with such a screened lanai, which is used as an office nook. I’m not sure how one can concentrate on work, though, since that office has a view of the Koolau mountains and the golf course.
