Contemporary luxury in Kaneohe

I’m not familiar with Alii Bluffs—although it’s a very desirable, upscale neighborhood in Kaneohe—so when I saw this new listing, I was blown away to find such a contemporary luxuryhome on the Windward side. (Click here for details.)

The custom-built home is relatively new, nine years old, and has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms under 2,254 square feet of living area. It’s two stories high, plus a basement, with the top story and master suite at street level.

This top level also features a formal dining room adjacent to the modern, expansive kitchen, all with views of Kaneohe Bay.

The large family room is on the bottom level, as are the other two bedrooms. There is a bit of a yard at both levels, since the lot is a nicely-sized 4,678 square feet.

Kaneohe has always been highly desirable but never really considered a “hot” neighborhood because there aren’t as many listings as other popular spots in metro Honolulu—people rarely move away. This home, due to its design and location, gives you the tranquility of Windward Oahu with metropolitan style.

Money talk: $1,195.000 fee simple
