Open House Pick of the Week: Kuhina at Kahala

Have you ever thought you knew an area or community, then, wham, out of nowhere, you realize that a little oasis has been hiding from you the whole time? That’s how I felt when I found out about a house for sale in the Kuhina community at Kahala. It’s a small community of only 11 homes, tucked off of 22nd Avenue. The homes were built as part of a DR Horton Shuler Homes project in 2007, and, until now, only one has come up for sale since August 2011. If you're searching for a newer home in a peaceful community, this five-bedroom, three-bath house with more than 2,200 square feet of living space is worth a look.
