This Weekend's Open Houses

Given that we have just five more days until Thanksgiving, it’s fitting that this weekend has a plentiful bounty of open houses. There are more than 400 opens on Oahu this weekend, so those of you in the market for new digs will have lots to see. The majority of the open houses are in Diamond Head, Kailua, Kaneohe and Hawaii Kai, though house hunters will have much to choose from in Pearl City and Central Oahu, too. And with houses available in a variety of price points—the listings range from a studio in Makaha for $69,500 to a Portlock mansion listed at $3.9 million—potential buyers have an almost-overwhelming number of options.
