This popular neighborhood eatery is staying open late to project three films on its back wall: Adrift, Single Fin Yellow and Longer - a reflection of owner Eric Rose's love of surfing (thus the name "Morning Glass").

Proceeds go to a scholarship fund in Heckathorn's name at Hawaii Pacific University, where he was an assistant professor.

Proceeds support Kauai's culinary arts program.
