Lei Chic Mix Masters
What: Learn how to put a spook-tacular spin on your cocktails at The Pineapple Room’s Cocktail Development 101: The Halloween Edition class. Watch demonstrations by Chef Alan Wong, his Wine Director Mark Shishido, and Southern Wines and Spirits’ Chandra Lam, sample libations, nosh on pupu, and compete in a mixology contest—the winning drink will be featured in The Pineapple Room’s November menu.
