Hawaii Cocktail Week hosted the Bacardi & The Pacific Sessions Pro/Am Cocktail competition on Friday, February 22, 2013 at The Republik. Nine professional bartenders and two amateurs stepped behind the bar, competing to see who could serve up the top Pacific inspired cocktails.
