Views of Pearl Harbor in Aiea

The unobstructed view of Pearl Harbor is what caught my attention about this two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in Aiea, not to mention it’s being offered at a terrific price ($218,000 fee simple). Realtor Jonie Williams of Prudential Locations LLC mentioned a couple of other pluses: The sixth-floor apartment has an excellent cross breeze, so there’s no need for an air conditioner and it’s ready to move right in.
