A 10-acre estate in Lanikai

Photos courtesy of Sachi Hawaii

Lanikai is known for its grand estates, but I haven’t seen one this large in a long time: It’s a 10-acre estate (connected to conservation land, so it looks even larger) comprised of three parcels, with private beach access. Need I say more?

There are two detached cottages on the estate, plus the main, two-story residence, totaling 3,953 square feet of living area. The main home has four bedrooms, and one of the cottages is situated as the master bedroom.

The home is designed with Balinese style, featuring ultra-high, beamed ceilings. Every room is spacious; the bedrooms have walk-in closets and have their own bathrooms. The open kitchen has a large island and a pantry, as well. The wifi throughout the house is a nice bonus.

Since the property is so large, there are two secure, gated entrances. The oceanfront location offers panoramic views of the ocean, including the iconic Mokulua Islands.

Click here for more details—I like that this web page shows you that the monthly payment can be $46,615 (depending on terms), in case you were wondering about the most economical way to purchase the property!

Money talk: $11.5 million fee simple
