Esplanade offers resort-like amenities

There aren’t very many condo units for sale at the Esplanade in Hawaii Kai, so when realtor Vicki Yu heard about #22N, she initially considered buying it for herself instead of listing it.

Ultimately, she did list the unit last month and got two offers almost immediately. Unfortunately, those fell through, so she relisted it last week, offering buyers another chance at a corner unit in a waterfront condominium complex.

The Esplanade’s amenities are impressive, particularly if you’re into water sports. There are boat docks and boat lockers along the marina, as well as covered storage for boards and kayaks near the water. There’s also a large saltwater pool on the property -- and a new hot tub -- with cabanas available for barbecues and parties.

There’s a putting green and driving range net for golfers, two lighted courts for tennis players and a fitness center for everyone.

The unit itself is a two-bedroom, two bath corner unit overlooking a private park. It has central air-conditioning, quartz and granite counters, custom cabinets and marble and ceramic tiled floors. The list price is $535,000.

Contact Vicki Yu at 551-8077 for more information.
