One of five at the top of Harbor Court

Harbor Court is one of those luxury condos that executives have favored due to its proximity to downtown Honolulu and some of the best views of Honolulu Harbor. Part of the building is also sectioned off for offices, so it could be pretty convenient if you happened to work there, as well.

“The convenience to the financial district gives it a ‘New York lifestyle’ kind of feeling,” says Jacob Coash of Sachi Hawaii Pacific Century Properties, noting that Harbor Court hits 88 points on Walkscore.com. “It’s walkable to restaurants and all the activities in Chinatown.”

There are only five penthouse units at the top of Harbor Court, and one is available for sale—it’s as large as a single-family home at 1,406 square feet, but 38 stories up, so it features views of the harbor, Aloha Tower, city lights, and the reef runway. (Click here for details.)

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and everyone stops to look at the master bedroom with its 16-foot vaulted ceilings. There’s no door separating the master bedroom from the bathroom, so it feels larger than it already is.

Two locations in the unit can be used for dining: one near the kitchen, and one by the windows overlooking the ocean. Or, if you prefer, you could take your meal on the glass-enclosed lanai.

The building also features amenities like an exercise room, meeting room, heated pool and barbecue deck, and more.

Money talk: $775,000 fee simple
